Terms of Service

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Tab Explore LLC ("Tab Explore," "we," "us," or "our"), a company duly incorporated and registered in Mongolia, under applicable Mongolian laws.
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Services, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these legally binding Terms.
DEFINITIONS
Account refers to the unique digital profile registered by a user to access Tab Explore’s Services.
User refers to any individual or legal entity that uses or accesses the Services.
Content refers to all data, information, text, images, audio, video, and other materials accessible through the Services.
Intellectual Property Rights refer to all copyright, trademark, patent, and related rights as governed by Mongolian intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Conduct refers to any activity explicitly forbidden under this Agreement.
USER ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to form binding contracts under Mongolian law. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Account Registration: To access certain features of the Services, users must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
Account Suspension and Termination: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Mongolia.
All disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Mongolian arbitration laws. The arbitration will be conducted in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, in the Mongolian language.
